Hello Folks,

We hope that you all had a great time over the festive period, and are eagerly awaiting your first delivery of the new year!

Yesterday’s day-long frost meant that our harvests were a bit trickier than usual, with lambs lettuce from The Croft being harvested in the dark! Lambs lettuce is a great crop for this time of year, as it’s happy to sit out in the cold. Doro has some great recipe suggestions for it over on our Veggipedia on the website. If you have any other recipe suggestions, feel free to share them with us over on the subscribers facebook page.
