Congratulations to Jill (@__jillbags on Instagram) who received the most likes with her veg box creation of carrot, beetroot and potato patties with rocket, black pudding and poached eggs, and won April’s competition.

Our first runner up was Fiona McCubbin with her creamy pasta dish that included artichokes roasted with rosemary and salt, parmesan, creme fraiche, lemon zest and bacon. Clementine Sandison was our second runner up with her spring pakora made from purple sprouting broccoli, onion and kale alongside wild garlic raita with yoghurt from Mossgiel milk and roast beetroot and lentil salad with spring greens (dandelion, hairy bittercress, parsley, lemon sorrel, mint and violas) from the garden.
