Congratulations to Suzanne Rodden who won September’s Munch of the Month competition with her colourful jar pictured below of pickled carrot and cucumber with peppercorns, salt and coriander for banh mi sandwiches! In other news, entries are now open for the AUTUMN EDITION of Munch of the Month! If you’re a veg box subscriber and would like to be in for a chance of winning a hamper of ethical goods from our shop then make sure to enter. All you have to do is to share a photo of a dish you have created using ingredients from your veg box alongside a brief description and the tags #locavorevegbox and #locavoremm. You can enter as many times as you like and the competition will close on Friday, December 1st.
