Congratulations to Carrie Grant who has won our Munch of the Month competition for March and April with her veg box creation of a lemony leek and goats cheese tart, roasted Jerusalem artichokes with garlic and rosemary and a beetroot, potato and walnut salad.

We can no longer get hold of any UK grown onions, and are using leeks in their place. Due to the higher cost of them, they haven’t made it into the small veg boxes – despite the contents list being shorter than usual, there is more in terms of quantity of the individual items to make up for this.
