Hello Folks,
Despite enjoying all the beautiful weather of late, our growers at The Croft are very thankful for the rain! We’ve had the first harvest from our Grow the Growers programme, with komatsuna, radishes and kale to name but a few, all available in our store. The beans survived the storm and the carrots are coming along well, so we can look forward to having them in the veg boxes in the coming months.
Our Munch of the Month competition is very much underway, closing on the 25th of June. To be in for a chancer of winning a hamper of ethical goods from our shop, all you need to do is share a photo of a dish that you’ve created using produce from your veg box. You’ll need to include a brief description of what you’ve made, as well as the tags #locavoremm and #locavorevegbox.
