A belated congratulations to Megan, who won April’s Munch of the Month competition with her veg box creation (pictured below) of beetroot hummus with toasted cumin seeds, Locavore tatties roasted in garlic, a tabbouleh made from grated cauliflower instead of bulgur wheat, plus the Locavore spring onions and parsley, and some pea, mint and feta fritters. A veritable feast!

We are now taking entries for our latest Munch of the Month competition running through May and June! This competition is open to our veg box subscribers, the winner of which will win a hamper of goodies from our shop. To enter, simply post a photo of a dish created with your veg box ingredients alongside a brief description and the tags #locavorevegbox and #locavoremm to Facebook or Instagram. You can enter as many times as you like and the competition will close at 9am on Monday, June 24th.
