We are well into April now and it’s time for another Munch of the Month photo competition! To celebrate the delicious creations you have been making with your veg box ingredients we will be giving one of our veg box subscribers a hamper filled with ethical goods from the shop. As always, to enter, we’d simply like you to take a photo of a dish you’ve created with ingredients from your veg box along with a brief description of what you’ve made. Post the photo on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the tags #locavorevegbox and #locavoremm and you’re entered!  You can post as many entries as you like, and our winner will be drawn on May 2nd.

Thank you for all of the superb entries from last month – we had a record number of entries and 2 desserts! Congratulations of course to Nikki Donnelly who came out on top with her (very aesthetic) stir fry with Locavore greens and baby avocados from the shop.

Our first runner up was Lizzie Leman (who won our first ever Munch of the Month!) with her leftover roast veg with tomatoes, rocket and chickpeas. We then had Fatima Uygun with her black spaghetti with purple sprouting broccoli and red onion in an almond, lemon and oregano pesto. We also had a beautiful banana loaf from Dalila Lo Cicero!
