Veg Box Newsletter w/c 12.3.18

Hello Folks,

As you can see from the contents lists below, we’ve hit that time of year when the veg boxes are very heavy indeed! The range of UK grown produce available is becoming more and more limited, despite the beginnings of a few salad crops that will be featuring in the veg boxes occasionally.

If you’re looking for inspiration, see what your fellow subscribers are making with their veg over in the Facebook group, and check out our recipe suggestions in the veggiepedia.

Don’t forget to enter our Munch of the Month competition to be in for a chance of winning a hamper of ethical goods from our shop. All you have to do is share a photo of your veg box creation on Facebook or Instagram, with a brief description of what you’ve made and the tags #locavorevegbox and #locavoremm.
