Happy Veganuary folks! For those of you who are thinking of introducing some alternatives to animal products into your diet, why not try out our monthly Vegan Chilled Box? You will find a selection of tofu and seitan based products as well as dairy-free substitutes to cheese and yoghurt inside. Pop us an email at subscribers@glasgowlocavore.org to add the box to your subscription arriving on the second week of each month, or even just for a one-off trial box.
We have a number of events in our shop throughout January hosted by our Zero Waste team. Next up is a screening of Inhabit: A Permaculture Perspective. We’re really excited to be showing this as it has a really positive outlook and gives us hope that as a species we can be beneficial to life on earth!
